This morning, all inspired from yesterday’s landscapes, I get up humming Tina Turner’s song… at least the title seems a perfect fit to what was waiting for Charlene & Craig and my camera & myself today.
We were off to an early start – spoiled for choice of magnificent scenery for their pre-shoot! We stared off on the grounds of the beautiful Didima Resort and later made our way over to the Cathedral Peak Hotel where we took off on a hike leading us to a waterfall!
How lucky am I? Stunning scenery, stunning people to work with… it’s going to be a fantastic day! I even remembered to put on lots of sunscreen! Alrighty then, what are we waiting for? Let’s get started!!
YAY! I am stoked! The “practice run” went fabulously well! And Charlene’s nails are all still in perfect shape :-) Sorry Charlene for making you hike up and down all these mountain slopes, wade through rivers, climb up muddy, slippery rocks and dive into a freezing cold waterfall! It has been an epic experience! You two were super sports and I hope you will enjoy the results of your hard work!

Couple shoot, just the way it should be: joyful and real.
…and just just the way you know best how to do!
Well done Nats.
